THE CAPTAIN'S HOUSE​
Client: Plath & Co.
Scope of Work: Originally built in 1936, The Captain’s House includes over 9,000 sq. ft. of interior space. Our scope of work included the restoration of all existing millwork, such as beams, paneling, architectural details, doors, molding, and casework. Additionally, we provided shop finishing for all newly constructed millwork to match the existing aesthetic.

FIRST CHINESE BAPTIST CHURCH (FCBC)
Location: 15 Waverly Place, San Francisco, CA
Client: Mitchell/First Chinese Baptist Church
Project Date: 2012
Scope of Work: FCBC was built in the 1880’s, and our scope of work supported its ongoing schedule of public services. The ground floor renovation of this historic structure included the restoration of interior millwork and the on-site finishing of newly constructed millwork to match the existing aesthetic.
THE BOURN MANSION
Location: 2550 Webster St, San Francisco, CA
Client: Private Owner
Project Date: 2013
Scope of Work: The Bourn Mansion, built in 1896, is registered as San Francisco Historical Site #38. With the completion of a four-year restoration of the entire structure; Restoration Finishing restored the main grand entrance and the existing millwork in the grand dining room.

FILOLI HISTORIC HOUSE
AND GARDEN
Location: 86 Cañada Rd, Woodside, CA
Client: Filoli Historic House and Garden
Project Date: 2016
Scope of Work: The property is listed on the National Trust for Historic Preservation and is designated as a California State Historic Landmark #907. Our scope work included the restoration of the 1917 façade of the Pool Pavilion House, including waterproofing the exterior openings and restoring all windows and doors to their original condition, including the iconic front entrance to the public gardens.
